Your satisfaction is our top priority From the moment you sign up for service with Mrs. Clean CA, we make sure you receive the best in-home care. We will go the extra mile to deliver the best house cleaning experience with a professional cleaning service.
In order to enhance your experience with Mrs. Clean CA, please read the following information.
Service Disclaimer
Mrs. Clean CA does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance. All areas are expected to be free of clutter. We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care. We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, concrete floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
Notice
We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 2 stepladder. For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning. The presence of other workers or excess of people in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate. Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction. No heavy furniture will be moved.
Open communication
Mrs. Clean CA is a local company that relies primarily on word-of-mouth recommendations, so please communicate any concerns you might have about the service disclaimer or a house cleaning experience with our company. We want to make sure your experience is great so you share it with others.
These Terms of Service, together with the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") and the rules, policies, terms and conditions set forth in, referred to and/or linked herein, all of which are incorporated herein by reference, are, collectively, the "Terms".
🕒 Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 3 day notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a full-service charge.
We understand emergencies happen—please communicate with us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or staffing needs.
💳 Payments
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards,venmo,zelle and paypal.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Invoices not paid within 7 days may result in late fees or service interruption.
🔑 Access to Property
Clients must ensure we have proper access at the scheduled time (keys, codes, gate access, etc.).
If our team is unable to access the property, the visit will be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will apply.
If pets are on-site, they must be secured in a safe area during the service.
🧽 Service Conditions
Areas to be cleaned must be free of clutter, including toys, dishes, and clothing, to allow for effective service.
We do not move heavy furniture, large appliances, or clean surfaces that are hazardous or structurally unsafe.
Clients must inform us of any fragile, antique, or special-care items in advance.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or unsealed surfaces (e.g., granite, marble, hardwood, etc.).
Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protective pads.

We do not guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or hard water buildup, especially when caused by long-term neglect or lack of maintenance.
Our products and equipment are professional-grade and safe, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern promptly.
We do not offer refunds, but we will happily return to re-clean the area in question (within reason and scope of service).
🔁 Recurring Services
Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and discounted rates.
Consistent service may require maintaining the same level of cleanliness between visits. Significant messes outside of the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
